      目的 探讨基于过渡性护理模式(TCM)的干预方法对老年肺结核患者负性情绪和肺功能的影响.方法 前瞻性选择2021年1月—2023年12月在贵州航天医院治疗的120例老年肺结核患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60).2组患者均接受抗结核常规药物治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在与对照组相同处理的基础上加用基于TCM模式的护理干预,2组均干预2个月.比较2组干预前后患者心理状态、肺功能及自护能力变化.结果 与同组干预前相比,干预后2组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低(P＜0.05),且观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后2组患者FEV1％pre、6MWT、FEV1/FVC、ESCA量表总分及各维度评分均升高(P＜0.05),且观察组上述评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于TCM模式的护理干预可有效改善老年肺结核患者的心理状态和肺功能,提升患者的自我护理能力.

      Objective To explore the effects of intervention method based on transitional care model(TCM)on nega-tive emotion and lung function in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A prospective study enrolled 120 eld-erly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.Both groups received conventional anti-tuberculosis drug therapy.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on TCM model on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 2 months.The changes of mental state,lung function and self-care ability were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the same group before the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower after the intervention(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Com-pared with the same group before the intervention,FEV1％pre,6MWT,FEV1/FVC and the total score and scores of each di-mension of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)were higher or longer in both groups after the intervention(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher or longer than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing interven-tion based on TCM can effectively improve the mental state and lung function of elderly tuberculosis patients,and enhance their self-care ability.
