穴位自血疗法联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏降阶梯疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹的临床观察

      目的 探讨穴位自血疗法联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏降阶梯疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹的效果.方法 前瞻性纳入2022年3月—2023年2月于复旦大学附属金山医院就诊的120例老年慢性湿疹患者为观察对象,以单双球法随机分为观察组(丙酸氟卡松乳膏+穴位自血疗法,n=80)和对照组(丙酸氟卡松乳膏,n=40).观察2组治疗效果.结果 治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组疗效更佳,EASI评分、DLQI评分、IL-4水平均降低,IL-2及IFN-γ水平升高,皮肤屏障功能改善效果更佳(P＜0.05).结论 穴位自血疗法联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏降阶梯疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹效果较好,能改善临床症状、生活质量,减轻炎症,安全可靠.

      Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of acupoint autohemotherapy combined with step-down therapy of fluticasone propionate cream on chronic eczema in the elderly.Methods 120 elderly patients with chronic eczema treated in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from March 2022 to February 2023 were prospectively included as ob-servation subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(flecaisone propionate cream+acupoint autohemothera-py,n=80)and control group(flecaisone propionate cream,n=40)by single and double ball method.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the efficacy of the observation group was higher,EASI score,DLQI score and IL-4 level were lower,IL-2 and IFN-γ levels were higher,and the skin barrier function was better(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint autohemotherapy and step-down therapy of flutica-sone propionate cream is effective in the treatment of chronic eczema in the elderly.It can improve clinical symptoms and quali-ty of life and reduce inflammation.It is safe and reliable.
