      目的 系统评价老年患者重症监护病房(ICU)后综合征的发生情况.方法 系统检索Cochrane Library、Em-base、PubMed、Web of Science、PsycINFO、CINAHL以及CNKI、万方数据、Sinomed等数据库发布的ICU后综合征各领域状况的相关研究.检索时限为2000年1月—2024年5月.采用Stata15.0进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入25篇文献,包括14 337例老年患者.老年患者ICU后综合征合并发生率为54％(95％CI为43～65),合并认知领域障碍的发生率为28％(95％CI为21～36),心理领域障碍的合并发生率为30％(95％CI为22～40);生理领域障碍的合并发生率为36％(95％CI为32～41).结论 老年患者ICU后综合征发生率较高,提示临床医护人员应该提高认识,关注和重视老年重症患者PICS各领域的发生情况.

      Objective To systematically review the incidence of post-intensive care syndrome(PICS)in elderly pa-tients after discharge from the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Relevant studies on the PICS in various fields published in Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,PsycINFO,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang data,Sinomed and other data-bases were systematically searched.The search period was from January 2000 to May 2024.Meta-analysis was performed by Stata 15.0 software.Results A total of 25 studies involving 14 337 elderly patients were included.The incidence of PICS in elderly patients was 54％(95％CI:43-65).The incidence of combined cognitive impairment was 28％(95％CI:21-36),the incidence of combined psychological impairment was 30％(95％CI:22-40),and the incidence of combined physiological impairment was 36％(95％CI:32-41).Conclusion The incidence of post-ICU syndrome is higher in elderly patients.It is suggested that clinical medical staff should enhance awareness and pay attention to the occurrence of PICS in various fields in elderly patients with severe diseases.
