      目的 探讨低碳水饮食联合穴位推拿在老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年8月-2023年7月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院就诊的老年2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者118例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=59).对照组在其药物治疗基础上给予常规护理,观察组在其药物治疗基础上采取低碳水饮食联合穴位推拿护理.观察并比较2组干预前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、视力变化、焦虑和抑郁情况、患者对护理工作的满意度.结果 干预8周后,观察组患者2hPG水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);2组视力水平、FPG水平差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组患者SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用低碳水饮食联合穴位推拿护理可能改善老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者餐后2 h血糖水平、患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者对护理的满意度.

      Objective To explore the application effects of a low-carbohydrate diet combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes retinopathy.Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes retinopathy who visited Ninth Peoples Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=59).The control group received routine nursing care in addition to medication,while the observation group adopted a low-carbohydrate diet com-bined with acupoint massage care on the basis of the medication.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2 h PG),visual acuity changes,anxiety and depression status,and patient satisfaction with nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the 2 h PG level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of visual acuity and FPG between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of a low-carbohydrate diet and acupoint massage nursing may improve 2 h PG level,alleviate anxiety and depression,and enhance nursing satisfaction in elderly pa-tients with diabetic retinopathy.
