      目的 观察注射用益气复脉联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗对老年冠心病心绞痛(AP)患者血脂、血管内皮功能和炎症指标的影响,为治疗该病症提供方案.方法 回顾性分析2022年1月 2023年1月青岛市胶州中心医院心血管内科收治的118例冠心病AP患者的临床资料,采用简单化随机分组法分为西药组(n=59)与复脉组(n=59).西药组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,复脉组在西药组基础上加予注射用益气复脉静脉注射治疗.评估并比较2组患者临床症状改善情况、治疗前后心功能指标值、血脂水平、血管内皮功能指标值、炎症指标值和药物不良反应发生率.结果 复脉组心电图恢复正常时间短于西药组(P＜0.05);治疗后,2 组 LVESD、LVEDD、TG、TC、LDL-C、LP(a)、ET-1、TNF-α、hs-CRP及 MPO 指标值均下降(P＜0.05),且复脉组 LVESD、LVEDD、TG、TC、LDL-C、LP(a)、ET-1、TNF-α、hs-CRP 及 MPO指标值均低于西药组(P＜0.05);2组LVEF、ApoA1、NO水平升高(P＜0.05),且复脉组LVEF、ApoA1、NO均高于西药组(P＜0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 注射用益气复脉联合阿托伐他汀钙片可缓解冠心病AP老年患者临床症状,药物不良反应较小,安全有效.

      Objective To observe the effects of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on blood lipids,vascular endothelial function,and inflammatory indicators in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angi-na pectoris(AP),and provide a treatment protocol for this condition.Methods The clinical data of 118 elderly patients with coronary heart disease-induced AP admitted to Department of Cardiology,Jiaozhou Central Hospital,Qingdao City,between January 2022 and January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into western medicine group(n=59)and Fumai group(n=59)by the simplified random grouping method.The western medicine group was treated with atorvasta-tin calcium tablets,while the Fumai group received intravenous Yiqi Fumai injection in addition to the same treatment as the western medicine group.The clinical symptom improvement status,cardiac function indicators,blood lipids levels,vascular endothelial function indicators and inflammatory indicators before and after treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of electrocardiogram in the Fumai group was sig-nificantly shorter than that in the western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVESD,LVEDD,TG,TC,LDL-C,LP(a),ET-1,TNF-α,hs-CRP in both groups decreased significantly,and the Fumai group was significantly lower than the western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF,ApoA1,and NO in both groups in-creased significantly(P＜0.05),and the Fumai group was higher than the western medicine group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet can alleviate clinical symptoms in elderly patients with coronary heart disease-induced AP.This treatment regimen has a low incidence of adverse reactions and is safe and effective.
