改良感官刺激护理在老年高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者中的临床应用研究

      目的 探讨改良感官刺激护理对老年高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者的疗效.方法 选取2023年3月—2024年6月上海市浦东医院重症医学科收治的老年高血压脑出血患者80例,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例.对照组患者接受常规治疗与护理,试验组患者在与对照组相同治疗基础上加用音乐治疗与穴位推拿.采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)和全面无反应性量表(FOUR)评估并比较2组患者意识水平,并比较2组患者并发症发生率.结果 治疗2周后,2组患者GCS评分和FOUR评分均高于同组干预前(P＜0.05),试验组患者GCS评分、FOUR评分、干预前后GCS评分和FOUR评分差值绝对值均高于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在常规治疗基础上,联合音乐治疗与穴位推拿可有效提升老年高血压脑出血患者意识水平,并降低并发症发生率.

      Objective To investigate the efficacy of modified sensory stimulation nursing on elderly patients with post-operative coma after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods Eighty elderly HICH patients admitted to De-partment of Intensive Care Unit of Shanghai Pudong Hospital between March 2023 and June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing care,and the experimental group were treated with music therapy and acu-point massage on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and Full Outline of Unresponsiveness(FOUR)scale were used to assess and compare the level of consciousness between the two groups.The inci-dence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results After two weeks of treatment,the scores of GCS and FOUR of both groups were higher than those of the same group before the intervention(P＜0.05).The scores of GCS and FOUR scores,and the absolute differences in the scores of GCS and FOUR before and after intervention of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the combi-nation of music therapy and acupoint massage can effectively improve the consciousness level of elderly HICH patients and re-duce the incidence of complications.
