| 目的 分析红景天苷联合芬吗通对自然更年期大鼠骨密度和抗氧化能力的影响.方法 选取18月龄的SPF级Wistar雌性大鼠45只,采用随机数字表法分为模型组、西药组和联合组,选取6周龄雌性大鼠15只作为正常组.西药组灌胃20 mg/kg的芬吗通药液,联合组在西药组处理基础上采用24 mg/kg的红景天苷药液灌胃,正常组和模型组大鼠采用等剂量生理盐水灌胃,1次/d,连续灌胃30 d.对大鼠行Morris水迷宫行为试验,并检测血清P、Ca、ALP水平、氧化指标(GSH-Px、SOD、MDA)值及性激素指标(E2、LH、FSH)值,检测大鼠右侧胫骨内P、Ca水平,计算骨灰占骨头比重.结果 与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清P、Ca水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,西药组和联合组大鼠血清P、Ca水平降低,且联合组效果更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常组比较,模型组大鼠胫骨骨灰重降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,西药组、联合组大鼠胫骨骨灰重升高,且联合组效果更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清GSH-Px、SOD水平降低(P<0.05),MDA水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,西药组和联合组大鼠血清GSH-Px、SOD水平升高,MDA水平降低,且联合组效果更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清E2水平降低(P<0.05),LH、FSH水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,西药组和联合组大鼠血清E2水平升高,LH、FSH水平降低,且联合组效果更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 红景天苷联合芬吗通可改善自然更年期大鼠的骨代谢、抗氧化能力及性激素水平,可能对更年期相关症状具有缓解作用. |

| Objective To analyze the effects of salidroside combined with femoston on bone mineral density and antiox-idant capacity in rats with natural menopause.Methods Forty-five female Wistar female rats were randomly divided into three groups using a random number table:model group,western medicine group and combination group.Fifteen 6-week-old female rats were selected as the normal group.The western medicine group received intragastric administration of 20 mg/kg femoston solution.The combination group received femoston(same dose)plus intragastric administration of 24 mg/kg salidroside solu-tion.The normal and model groups received an equivalent volume of saline intragastrically.All treatments were administered once daily for 30 consecutive days.The rats underwent the Morris water maze behavior test.The levels of serum phosphorus(P),calcium(Ca),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),oxidative markers[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dis-mutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],and sex hormones[estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimula-ting hormone(FSH)were measured.The levels of P and Ca in the right tibia were also measured,and the proportion of bone ash to bone was calculated.Results Compared with the normal group,the levels of serum P and Ca in the model group in-creased.Compared with the model group,the levels of serum P and Ca in the western medicine group and the combination group decreased,and the combination group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the tibial bone ash weight in the model group decreased;compared with the model group,the tibial bone ashes weight in the west-ern medicine group and the combination group increased,and the combination group increased more significantly significance(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the levels of serum GSH-Px and SOD in the model group decreased,and the MDA level increased.Compared with the model group,the levels of serum GSH-Px and SOD increased in the western medicine group and the combination group,and the MDA level decreased,and the improvement degree in the combination group was greater,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the level of serum E2 in the model group decreased,and the levels of LH and FSH increased.Compared with the model group,the level of serum E2 in the western medicine group and the combination group was higher and the levels of LH and FSH in the western medicine group and the combination group were lower,and the improvement degree in the combination group was greater,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Salidroside combined with femoston can improve bone metabolism,en-hance antioxidant capacity,and regulate sex hormone levels in rats with natural menopause.It may alleviate menopausal-related symptoms. |
