老年结直肠癌患者MSH2、SATB2表达水平与临床病理特征及预后关系分析

      目的 探讨MSH2、SATB2在老年结直肠癌患者中的表达水平与临床病理特征和预后情况的相关性.方法 回顾性分析2021年10月—2023年10月本院收治的180例老年结直肠癌患者,比较癌旁与癌组织中MSH2、SATB2阳性表达率、临床特征及远期预后,并通过Logistic回归分析预后不良的影响因素.结果 结直肠癌组织中MSH2蛋白阳性率高于癌旁组织,SATB2阳性率低于癌旁组织(P＜0.05);高病理分期、淋巴转移患者MSH2阳性率较高(P＜0.05);低分期、无淋巴转移、高分化患者SATB2阳性率较高(P＜0.05);180例患者随访显示局部复发59例(预后不良率32.77％);Logistic回归分析表明,病理分期高、淋巴转移、低分化、MSH2阳性及SATB2阴性均为预后不良的独立影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 结直肠癌患者中,MSH2蛋白阳性提示高病理分期及淋巴转移,SATB2蛋白阳性提示低病理分期、无淋巴转移及高分化.

      Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of MSH2 and SATB2 and clinico-pathological characteristics and prognosis in elderly patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 180 elderly CRC patients admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Leshan City from October 2021 to October 2023.The positive expression rates of MSH2 and SATB2 in adjacent tissues and cancer tissues,clinical charac-teristics,and long-term prognosis were compared.Logistic regression was used to analyze factors influencing poor prognosis.Results The positive rate of MSH2 protein in colorectal cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,while the positive rate of SATB2 was lower(P＜0.05).The positive rate of MSH2 was higher in patients with high pathological stage and lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05).The positive rate of SATB2 was higher in patients with low pathological stage,lymph node non-me-tastasis and high differentiation(P＜0.05).The follow-up of 180 patients showed local recurrence in 59 cases(poor prognosis rate:32.77％).Logistic regression analysis suggested that high pathological stage,lymph node metastasis,low differentiation,positive MSH2 and negative SATB2 were independent influencing factors for poor prognosis(P＜0.05).Conclusion In CRC patients,positive MSH2 protein indicates high pathological stage and lymph node metastasis,while positive SATB2 protein sug-gests low pathological stage,lymph node non-metastasis and high differentiation.
