      目的 探究格林模式结合移动健康教育平台的护理方式对老年类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的影响,为治疗该病症提供参考.方法 将2022年12月—2024年2月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的210例老年RA患者根据随机数字表法分成对照组(n=105)和观察组(n=105).2组均接受临床常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在与对照组相同处理的基础上加用格林模式结合移动健康教育平台的护理,2组均连续治疗10 d.观察并比较2组患者干预前后的健康评估问卷(HAQ)评分、疼痛感[视觉模拟法(VAS)评分]、自我管理能力和生命质量,统计并比较2组患者护理满意度.结果 干预后,观察组患者HAQ评分和VAS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的自我管理能力各项评分和生命质量各项评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后观察组的血清C-反应蛋白和白细胞介素1水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05),其护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 格林模式结合移动健康教育平台的护理干预可能有效减轻老年RA患者的疼痛感,改善其活动能力,提升其自我管理能力和生命质量,提高其护理满意度,具有一定临床应用价值.

英文摘要:

      Objective To investigate the effects of a nursing approach of Green model combined with mobile health ed-ucation platform on elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and provide a reference for treatment of this disease.Methods According to random number table method,210 elderly RA patients admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between December 2022 and February 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=105)and obser-vation group(n=105).Both groups received routine clinical treatment.The control group received routine nursing.The ob-servation group received the nursing of the Green model combined with mobile health education platform in addition to the same routine care as the control group.The intervention period was 10 days for both groups.The scores of Health Assessment Ques-tionnaire(HAQ),pain perception[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],self-management ability,and quality of life were observed and compared before and after the intervention.The nursing satisfaction was also statistically compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of HAQ and VAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the scores of all items of self-management ability and quality of life in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the levels of serum C-re-active protein(CRP)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of the Green Model combined with the mobile health education platform may effectively alleviate the pain of elderly RA patients,improve their activity ability,enhance their self-management ability and quality of life,and increase their nursing satisfaction.It has certain clinical application value.
