耳部刮痧联合穴位贴敷治疗老年高血压患者的临床观察

      目的 探究耳部刮痧联合穴位贴敷对老年2～3级高血压患者症状改善情况及临床应用价值.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年11月在亳州市第二中医院治疗的老年2～3级高血压患者90例,随机分为试验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45).对照组给予常规降血压治疗及支持治疗,试验组在与对照组相同治疗基础上加用耳部刮痧联合穴位贴敷治疗,2组患者均持续治疗5 d.观察并比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、血压(收缩压、舒张压、脉压)水平、血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)]水平、衰弱评分、生活质量及治疗相关不良反应发生率.结果 治疗5 d后,试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组主症、次症及总中医证候积分、收缩压、舒张压、衰弱评分均低于同组治疗前及对照组(P＜0.05),SF-36评分均高于同组治疗前及对照组(P＜0.05);2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平较同组治疗前均下降(P＜0.05),但2组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);2组治疗相关不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 耳部刮痧联合穴位贴敷治疗老年2～3级高血压患者,可降低患者中医证候积分,改善血压及脂代谢紊乱,改善衰弱程度,提高生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值.

      Objective To investigate the effects of auricular scraping combined with acupoint application on symptom improvement and its clinical application value in elderly patients with grade 2-3 hypertension.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with grade 2-3 hypertension treated in Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Bozhou City between January 2021 and November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group received conventional antihypertensive treatment and supportive treatment,while the experimental group re-ceived additional treatment with auricular scraping combined with acupoint application on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.Both groups were treated for 5 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse pressure(PP)],blood lipid levels[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],frailty scores,quality of life(QOL),and the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,total TCM syndrome scores,as well as SBP,DBP,and frailty scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the same group before treatment and those in the control group(P＜0.05).The SF-36 scores were higher than those in the same group before treatment and those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in both groups were lower than those in the same group be-fore treatment(P＜0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Auricular scraping combined with acupoint application in elderly patients with grade 2-3 hypertension can reduce TCM symptom scores,improve blood pressure control and lipid metabolism disorders,alleviate frailty,and improve quality of life.It has certain clinical application value.
