      目的 探讨人文关怀理念下的多学科协同个性化集束化护理模式对老年甲状腺切除术患者的应用效果.方法 选取2024年4月—2025年4月在复旦大学附属静安区中心医院普外科行甲状腺癌手术切除术的老年患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).2组患者均行甲状腺癌手术切除术,对照组采用常规护理,试验组在与对照组相同处理的基础上,联合"5-3-2"时间分配方案的多学科护理.比较2组干预前后焦虑和抑郁、情绪变化及依从性.结果 干预后,试验组心理评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),依从性高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于人文关怀理念的多学科协同个性化集束化护理模式可有助于改善老年患者心理状态及治疗依从性.

英文摘要:

      Objective To explore the application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative personalized and clustered nursing model based on humanistic care concept in elderly patients undergoing thyroid cancer resection.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing thyroid cancer resection in Department of General Surgery,Center Hospital of Jing'an District from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)using a random number table.Both groups underwent thyroid cancer resection.The control group received conventional nursing,while the experimental group received multidisciplinary nursing based on a"5-3-2"time allocation scheme in addition to the same conventional nursing as the control group.Anxiety,depression,mood changes,and compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the psychological assessment scores in the experi-mental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative personalized and clustered nursing mod-el based on humanistic care concept can help improve the psychological status and treatment compliance of elderly patients.
