微信小程序在老年脑卒中患者居家延伸康复中的应用研究

      目的 探讨微信小程序在老年脑卒中患者出院后居家延伸康复中的应用.方法 选择2022年10月—2024年9月上海邮电医院康复医学科及神经内科出院的脑卒中患者160例,随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80).出院后,对照组予常规康复指导,观察组在与对照相同常规康复指导的基础上加用微信小程序技术指导的居家延伸康复.比较2组患者出院时,出院后3、6、9个月日常生活自理能力(MBI评分),运动功能(FMA评分),残疾程度变化情况的神经功能恢复(MRS评分).结果 出院3、6、9个月后,观察组MBI和FMA评分均高于对照组(P＜0.001);出院9个月后,观察组MRS评分低于对照组(P＜0.001).出院3、6、9个月后,2组MBI和FMA评分较同组出院时均升高(P＜0.001);出院9个月后,2组MRS评分低于出院时(P＜0.001).结论 将微信小程序技术应用于指导老年脑卒中患者的居家延伸康复,有助于提升患者居家延伸康复依从性,改善患者日常生活自理能力和运动功能,并减轻其残疾程度,改善预后功能.

      Objective To explore the application of a WeChat mini-program in guiding home-based extended rehabilita-tion for elderly stroke patients after discharge.Methods 160 stroke patients discharged from Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Neurology of Shanghai Post & Telecommunications Hospital between October 2022 and September 2024 were en-rolled and randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).After discharge,the control group re-ceived conventional rehabilitation guidance,while the observation group received conventional rehabilitation guidance combined with home-based extended rehabilitation guided by a WeChat mini-program.The activities of daily living[Modified Barthel In-dex(MBI)scores],motor function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores],and neurological function recovery based on changes in the degree of disability[Modified Rankin Scale(MRS)scores]at discharge and 3,6,and 9 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results At 3,6,and 9 months after discharge,the MBI and FMA scores of the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.001).At 9 months after discharge,the MRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.001).At 3,6,and 9 months after discharge,the MBI and FMA scores of both groups were higher than those of the same group at discharge(P＜0.001).At 9 months after discharge,the MRS scores of both groups were lower than those of the same group at discharge(P＜0.001).Conclusion The application of the WeChat mini-programs in guiding extended home-based rehabilitation for elderly stroke pa-tients can improve their compliance with home-based rehabilitation,enhance their self-care ability in daily life and motor func-tion,reduce their disability level,and improve their prognosis.
