      目的 观察雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合盐酸凯普拉生片治疗老年十二指肠溃疡疗效.方法 选取2023年6月—2024年12月四川省盐亭县人民医院、绵阳市第三人民医院及绵阳市安州区人民医院收治确诊的老年十二指肠溃疡患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片单药治疗,n=60)和研究组(雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合盐酸凯普拉生片治疗,n=60),2组均治疗6周.比较2组患者症状消失时间、幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)清除率、溃疡愈合率、炎症因子水平、溃疡面积变化、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,研究组患者腹痛、反酸、黑便、烧心等症状持续时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组Hp清除率及溃疡愈合率均高于对照组(95.00％vs 80.00％,93.33％vs 78.33％,P＜0.05);研究组TCF-β1、IL-8、IL-6水平均低于对照组,溃疡面积均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组不良反应均自行缓解,不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合盐酸凯普拉生片治疗老年十二指肠溃疡,疗效显著,安全可靠.

      Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet combined with keverprazan hydrochloride tablet in the elderly with duodenal ulcers.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to People's Hospital of Yanting County,Third People's Hospital of Mianyang City and People's Hospital of Anzhou District from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into control group(treated with rabeprazole sodi-um enteric-coated tablet,n=60)and study group(treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet combined with kever-prazan hydrochloride tablet,n=60).Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The disappearance time of symptoms,Helicobact-er pylori(Hp)eradication rate,ulcer healing rate,levels of inflammatory factors,changes in ulcer area,and treatment-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms such as abdominal pain,acid reflux,black stool and heartburn in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The Hp eradication rate(95.00％)and ulcer healing rate(93.33％)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(80.00％,78.33％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TCF-β1,IL-8 and IL-6 in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the ulcer area was smaller than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Adverse reactions in both groups relieved spontaneously.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet and keverprazan hydrochlo-ride tablet has a remarkable therapeutic effect.It is safe and reliable in the treatment of duodenal ulcers in the elderly.
