      目的 探讨围术期保暖预防干预对老年胸腔镜手术患者低体温发生的预防效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月期间青岛市胶州中心医院收治的老年胸腔镜手术患者80例;采用随机数表法进行分组.全部研究对象均接受胸腔镜手术,对照组(n=40)接受常规护理干预,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上接受围术期保暖预防干预.分别比较2组研究对象的手术时长、出血量、补液量、围术期神志恢复时间、不同时间点的平均体温、术后并发症发生情况.结果 2组手术时长、出血量和补液量差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组围术期神志恢复时间短于对照组(P＜0.05);2组在术中60 min、术中120 min以及术后的体温差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 围术期保暖预防干预能有效降低老年胸腔镜手术患者低体温发生风险,避免体温流失,加快术后神志恢复,减少术后并发症.

      Objective To investigate the preventive effects of perioperative thermal insulation intervention on the occur-rence of hypothermia in elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in Jiaozhou Central Hospital between January 2021 and December 2023 were selected.According to ran-dom number table method,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received perioperative thermal insulation intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative fluid replacement volume,perioperative recov-ery time of consciousness,mean temperature at different time points and incidence of postoperative complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fluid replacement volume between the two groups(P＞0.05).The perioperative recovery time of consciousness in the observa-tion group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in body temper-ature between the two groups at intraoperative 60 min,intraoperative 120 min and after the operation(P＜0.05).The inci-dence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Perioperative thermal insulation preventive intervention can effectively reduce the risk of hypothermia in elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery,avoid body temperature loss,accelerate postoperative consciousness recovery,and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
