穴位贴敷结合康复指导下易筋经托天式训练治疗老年神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析

      目的 探究穴位贴敷结合康复指导下易筋经托天式训练对老年神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年11月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院收治的110例老年神经根型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55)和联合组(n=55).对照组患者接受康复指导下的易筋经托天式训练,联合组患者在与对照组相同处理的基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗.比较2组患者中医症候评分、颈椎活动度、颈椎功能障碍程度和生存质量差异.结果 治疗后,2组患者中医症候评分、颈椎功能障碍程度均低于同组治疗前,联合组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组颈椎活动度、SF-36量表评分均高于同组治疗前,联合组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在康复指导及易筋经托天式训练基础上加用穴位贴敷可提升老年神经根型颈椎病的疗效,并提升颈椎活动度,具有一定的临床应用价值.

英文摘要:

      Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from January 2022 to November 2024 were selected and randomly divided into com-bined group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group received the Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabil-itation guidance,while the combined group received acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,cervical spine range of motion,degree of cervical spine dysfunction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower than those in the same group before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The cervical spine range of motion in both groups increased,and the combined group was larger than the control group(P＜0.05).The degree of cervical spine dysfunc-tion in both groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of the SF-36 scale in both groups increased,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabilitation guidance,the addition of acupoint application can enhance the thera-peutic effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in elderly patients and improve the range of motion of the cervical vertebrae.It has certain clinical application value.
