模块化护理在内窥镜下SMAS层除皱术老年女性患者中的应用研究

      目的 探讨模块化护理对内窥镜下老年SMAS层女性除皱术患者围手术期干预效果.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究设计,纳入2023年6月至2025年6月于复旦大学附属华东医院行该手术的18例老年女性患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各9例.试验组采用模块化护理,对照组采用常规护理.比较2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、数字疼痛评分(NRS)及护理满意度调查结果.结果 2组患者术前24 h SAS评分差值为1.33±9.35,术后72 h SAS评分差值为12.11±2.03(P=0.008 5).试验组术后24、48、72hNRS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.01).试验组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P=0.001).结论 模块化护理可有效改善内窥镜下老年SMAS层手术患者的心理状态及护理体验,为整形美容外科护理提供新范式.

      Objective To explore the perioperative intervention effects of modular nursing on elderly female patients undergoing SMAS layer rhytidectomy under endoscopy.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted.A total of 18 elderly female patients who underwent the SMAS layer rhytidectomy under endoscopy in Huadong Hospital Affilia-ted to Fudan University from June 2023 to June 2025 were included and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 9 cases in each group.The experimental group received modular nursing,while the control group received conven-tional nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)pain scores,and nursing satisfac-tion survey results were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in SAS scores at 24 h before surgery be-tween the two groups was 1.33±9.35.The difference in SAS scores at 72 h after surgery was 12.11±2.03(P=0.008 5).The NRS scores of the experimental group at 24,48,and 72 h after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.01).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion The modular nursing can effectively improve the psychological status and nursing experience of elderly patients undergoing SMAS layer rhytidectomy under endoscopy.It provides a new paradigm for plastic and aesthetic surgical nursing.
