      目的 探讨5A护理模式在老年功能性胃肠病患者中的应用效果.方法 回顾性选取2023年8月—2024年7月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的60例老年功能性胃肠病患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).2组均行常规的一般治疗、药物治疗和中医治疗,对照组采用一般护理方案,观察组则在此方案上联合应用5A护理模式,2组患者均接受了为期3个月的干预.比较2组生活质量和自我效能评分.结果 干预后,观察组患者生活质量总分和自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 5A护理模式可有助于改善老年功能性胃肠病患者的生活质量,提高患者自我效能.

      Objective To explore the application effects of 5A nursing model in elderly patients with functional gastro-intestinal disorders.Methods 60 elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders admitted to Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from August 2023 to July 2024 were retrospectively selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by the digital table method.Both groups received conventional general treatment,drug treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received 5A nursing intervention on the same treatment as the control group.Both groups received the intervention for 3 months.The scores of quality of life and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total score of quality of life and self-efficacy score of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The 5A nursing model can help improve the quality of life of elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders and enhance their self-efficacy.
