英文摘要:

      Oral hypofunction is a progressive decline in oral function caused by various factors such as aging,disease,and functional deterioration.It encompasses four stages,from the risk of oral frailty to oral dysfunction,and significantly increases the risk of malnutrition and adverse health outcomes in aging population.The consensus systematically discussed the screening,assessment,and intervention strategies for this condition.It recommends specific tools for different purpose-the SOFr scale for community screening and the OFI-6 scale for specialized assessment.Dietary interventions emphasize enhancing nutritional density,texture modifying diet,and are combined with the use of probiotics and oral nutritional supplements.Rehabilitation protocols include comprehensive measures such as functional training and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.The Working Group anticipates that the application of this consensus could be helpful in reducing the incidence and undesirable outcomes of oral hypofunction in aging population,providing robust support for improving their health,and achieving the aging health goals.
