      目的 分析老视患者的认知现状和健康管理需求.方法 2025年1月—5月,选取上海市中心城区某三级甲等医院388例老视患者.通过《老视认知现状及健康管理需求调查问卷》调查受试者的基本信息、老视相关认知、矫正满意度、用眼健康行为、老视生活影响和老视健康管理需求.多元线性回归分析老视患者老视认知现状与健康管理需求的影响因素.结果 388例老视患者年龄40～92岁,平均(64.7±5.2)岁,其中男性142例,女性246例.不同年龄、性别、职业、老视度数及眼部疾病史患者问卷得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).老视患者老视认知现状与健康管理需求总得分为(47.13±9.57)分,患者老视相关认知度得分为(7.86±3.12)分,老视健康管理需求为(12.27±3.53)分.多元线性回归分析显示,女性、老视度数高、中距离工作者及60岁以上是老视患者健康管理需求的独立预测因子.结论 中老年人群对老视的认知水平普遍较低,但对老视的健康管理需求较高.

      Objective To analyze the cognitive status and health management needs of patients with presbyopia.Methods From January to May 2025,388 presbyopic patients were recruited from a tertiary hospital in Jing'an District,Shanghai.A Presbyopia Awareness and Health Management Needs Questionnaire was used to investigate their basic information,presbyopia-related knowledge,correction satisfaction,eye health behaviors,impact of presbyopia on daily life,and health management needs related to presbyopia.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing their cognitive status and health management needs.Results The 388 presbyopia patients were aged 40-92 years,with a mean age of(64.7±5.2)years;142 were male,and 246 were female.There were statistically significant differences in questionnaire scores among patients with different ages,genders,occupations,degrees of presbyopia,and history of eye diseases(P＜0.05).The total score for presbyopia cognitive status and health management needs was(47.13±9.57)points.The score for presbyopia-related knowledge was(7.86±3.12)points,and the score for presbyopia health management needs was(12.27±3.53)points.Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated that female gender,higher degree of presbyopia,middle-distance workers,and age≥ 60 years were independent predictors of health management needs of presbyopic patients.Conclusion The level of knowledge about presbyopia is generally low among middle-aged and elderly people,but their demand for presbyopia-related health management is high.
