      目的 初步研究老年住院患者日常生活活动能力与平衡步行功能表现的相关关系.方法 选取2022年6月—2024年6月在复旦大学附属华东医院接受住院治疗的209例老年患者,统一使用ADL、IADL、Morse、Berg、Tinetti量表进行评估,并采用非参数检验、相关分析等方法对结果进行统计.结果 老年住院患者在日常生活活动能力与平衡步行功能水平的分布情况上存在差异(P＜0.01);Berg与Tinetti量表总分呈正相关(r=0.877,P＜0.01);ADL与IADL量表总分呈正相关(r=0.742,P＜0.01);ADL、IADL与Tinetti、Berg、Morse量表总分间相关性依次降低.结论 老年住院患者日常生活活动能力与平衡步行功能水平相关,建议在老年患者的综合评估中合理地选择相关量表,以便更有效地实施干预措施.

英文摘要:

      Objective To preliminarily investigate the correlation between activities of daily living and the performance of balanced walking function in elderly inpatients.Methods 209 elderly inpatients who received treatment in Huadong Hospi-tal Affiliated to Fudan University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and evaluated by Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale,Instrumental Activities of Daily Living(IADL)scale,Morse Fall Scale(Morse),Berg Balance Scale(Berg)and Tinetti Performance-Oriented Mobility Assessment(Tinetti).The results were statistically analyzed by non-parametric tests,correlation analysis and etc.Results There were differences in the distribution of activities of daily living and balanced walking function levels among elderly inpatients(P＜0.01).The score of Berg and Tinetti was positively correlated(r=0.877,P＜0.01),and the score of ADL was positively correlated with that of IADL(r=0.742,P＜0.01).The correlations between the score of ADL and IADL and the scores of Tinetti,Berg and Morse decreased successively.Conclusion The activities of dai-ly living of elderly inpatients are related to the level of balanced walking function.It is suggested that relevant scales be reasona-bly selected in the comprehensive assessment of elderly inpatients so as to implement intervention measures more effectively.
