活血通络方药酒火熨术治疗老年卒中后肩手综合征的临床观察

      目的 观察活血通络方药酒火熨术联合常规治疗对老年脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的临床疗效,为临床护理实践提供循证依据.方法 回顾性选取2023年3月—2024年3月在苏州市中西医结合医院脑病科收治的178例老年脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组89例.对照组患者给予常规治疗,包括运动疗法、物理疗法等;观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用活血通络方药酒火熨术治疗,2组疗程均为3周.观察并比较2组患者治疗后疼痛程度、水肿程度、肩关节活动度情况.结果 治疗后,观察组患者疼痛程度、水肿程度较对照组明显下降,肩关节活动度明显升高,临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 活血通络方药酒火熨术联合常规治疗可有效减轻老年脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的疼痛和水肿症状,改善其肩关节活动度.

      Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo medicinal liquor and ironing technique com-bined with conventional therapy in elderly patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS),and provide an evidence-based support for clinical nursing practice.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 178 elderly patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome admitted to Department of Encephalopathy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medi-cine Hospital of Suzhou City between March 2023 and March 2024.They were randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group using a random number table method,with 89 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,including exercise therapy and physical therapy.The observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo medicinal liquor and ironing technique in addition to the conventional treatment.The treatment course for both groups was 3 weeks.Post-treatment pain levels,edema severity and shoulder joint range of motion(ROM)were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly greater reduc-tions in pain levels and edema severity,as well as significantly improved shoulder ROM(P＜0.05)after treatment.The clini-cal efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The com-bination of Huoxue Tongluo medicinal liquor and ironing technique with conventional treatment can effectively alleviate pain level and edema symptoms and improve shoulder joint ROM in elderly patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
