      目的 探讨上海市某一社区老年人能量调整膳食炎症指数(E-DII)与衰弱的相关性.方法 选取2023年1月2024年1月于上海市浦东新区泥城社区卫生服务中心参与招募的349名老年人,根据衰弱状况分为衰弱组(n=74)和非衰弱组(n=275).采用FFQ25问卷调查社区老年人的膳食状况并计算E-DII分数,采用Fried量表评估社区老年人的衰弱状况;比较2组患者一般资料及相关指标之间的差异;采用多因素Logistic回归方法和Pearson相关性方法分析E-DII与衰弱的关系,ROC曲线评估E-DII对社区老年人衰弱的预测价值.结果 Logistic回归显示,年龄较大、文化程度为小学及以下、人均月可支配金额为3 000~5 000、合并慢性病种类≥2种、使用移动辅助工具、E-DII分数较高是发生衰弱的独立危险因素(P<0.05);E-DII分数与衰弱呈正相关,ROC曲线表明E-DII分数对衰弱有良好预测价值.结论 E-DII分数与衰弱正相关,可能是衰弱的独立危险因素,降低膳食炎症潜力或有助于预防和改善衰弱.

      Objective To explore the correlation between the energy-adjusted dietary inflammatory index(E-DII)and frailty among elderly people from a community in Shanghai.Methods A total of 349 elderly people were recruited from the Health Service Center of Nicheng Community in Pudong New District,Shanghai,between January 2023 and January 2024.The FFQ25 questionnaire was used to investigate their dietary status,and the E-DII score was calculated.The Fried scale was used to assess their frailty status.Based on their frailty status,they were divided into frailty group(n=74)and non-frailty group(n=275).The differences in general information and related indicators were compared between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic regression and Pearson correlation analysis were used to examine the relationship between E-DII score and frailty,and ROC curve analysis was applied to evaluate the predictive value of E-DII score for frailty.Results Logistic regression showed that older age,educational level of primary school or below,average monthly disposable amount of 3 000-5 000 per capita,combined chronic disease types ≥2,use of mobile assistive devices,and higher E-DII score were independent risk factors for frailty(P<0.05).E-DII scores were positively correlated with frailty.ROC curve analysis indicated that E-DII score had good predictive value for frailty.Conclusion The E-DII score is positively correlated with frailty and may be an independent risk factor for frailty.It indicates that reducing dietary inflammatory potential may help prevent and improve frailty.
