| 目的 分析眼动跟踪训练联合神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)治疗脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年3月入院诊断及治疗的90例PSCI患者,并随机分为对照组(n=45)和干预组(n=45)。对照组予以常规干预治疗,干预组在对照组基础上予以眼动跟踪训练联合NMES治疗。对比2组患者的临床效果、认知功能、神经功能指标、生活质量及满意度。结果 干预组较对照组总有效率及总满意率均升高(P<0.05)。2组患者干预后的蒙特利尔认知评估量表、简易精神状态检查量表评分、脑源性神经营养因子水平及生活质量评定量表各方面评分与干预前相比均升高,且干预组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。2组患者干预后的胶质纤维酸性蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平与干预前相比均下降,且干预组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论 眼动跟踪训练联合NMES治疗PSCI可获得较好的临床疗效,有助于促进患者认知、神经功能及生活质量的恢复。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of eye movement tracking training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)in elderly patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods A total of 90 PSCI patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and an intervention group(n=45).The control group received routine intervention,while the intervention group received additional eye movement tracking training combined with NMES.Clinical efficacy,cognitive function,neurological biomarkers,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and total satisfaction rate in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,Montreal cognitive assessment and mini-mental state examination scores,brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels,and all domain scores of the generic quality of life inventory-74 significantly increased from baseline in both groups,with greater improvements observed in the intervention group(P<0.05).Levels of glial fribrillary acidic protein and neuron-specific enolase significantly decreased after the intervention in both groups,with a more pronounced reduction in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of eye movement tracking training and NMES is effective for treating PSCI in the elderly,as it promotes the recovery of cognitive and neurological functions,improves quality of life,and achieves high patient satisfaction. |
