      目的 观察电针联合盆底肌训练治疗老年女性急迫性尿失禁(UUI)的临床疗效与安全性。方法 将141例老年女性UUI患者随机分为盆底肌组(n=47)、电针组(n=47)和联合治疗组(n=47)。主要结局指标为72 h尿失禁次数变化，次要结局指标包括尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)评分及生活质量指数评分，分别于治疗前、治疗4周后及24周随访时进行评估。结果 联合治疗组在减少72 h尿失禁次数、改善ICIQ-SF评分、提升生活质量评分及总临床有效率方面，均优于单一盆底肌组或单一电针组。治疗期间未发生严重不良反应。结论 腹骶配穴电针联合盆底肌训练治疗老年女性UUI,在减少漏尿、改善症状及提高生活质量方面有优势，安全性良好。

      Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of urge urinary incontinence(UUI)in elderly women.Methods A total of 141 elderly female UUI patients were randomly divided into three groups:PFMT group(n=47),EA group(n=47),and combined treatment group(n=47).The primary outcome measure was the change in the frequency of urinary incontinence episodes within 72 h,while the secondary outcome measures included the score of the international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form(ICIQ-SF)and the quality of life index score.The patients were evaluated before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,and at the end of a 24-week follow-up,respectively.Results In terms of reducing the frequency of urinary incontinence within 72 h,improving the ICIQ-SF score,enhancing the quality of life score and overall clinical efficacy,the combined treatment group outperformed other two groups.No severe adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period.Conclusion The combination of EA at abdominal-sacral acupoints and PFMT for the treatment of UUI in elderly women has advantages in reducing urinary leakage,alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life,and it is safe.
