| 目的 评估基于人工智能(AI)数字人技术的用药指导系统在提升老年门诊患者用药安全、慢性病控制及药学服务效率方面的效果.方法 采用类实验前后对照设计,选取2023 年7 月至2024 年6 月于上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院嘉定分院诊疗用药的老年患者数据资料;根据使用 AI 数字人系统进行用药指导前后分为 2 个阶段:使用前(2023年7 月至12 月)和使用后(2024 年1 月至6 月).比较系统使用前后共400 例患者的慢性病控制情况、516 例患者的用药错误率、200 例患者的满意度评分及480 个时段的服务效率.结果 数字人用药指导系统使用后,高血压、糖尿病患者的指标控制率提升;各年龄段用药错误率均普遍下降;患者满意度与药师单位时间接诊人次提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 数字人系统可有效提升老年患者用药安全与依从性,改善慢病管理,优化门诊服务,具有临床推广价值. |

| Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the medication guidance system based on an artificial intelligence(AI)digital human technology in enhancing the medication safety,chronic disease control,and the efficiency of pharmaceutical services in elderly outpatients.Methods A quasi-experimental pre-post control design was employed.The data from elderly patients treated in Jiading Branch of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were collected.Based on the application of the AI digital human system for medication guidance,the study was divided into two phases:pre-application(July-December 2023)and post-application(January-June 2024).The chronic disease control in 400 patients,rate of medication errors in 516 ones,satisfaction scores of 200 patients,and service efficiency across 480 time slots were compared before and after the application of the system.Results After the application of the digital human medication guidance system,the control rates of indicators for patients with hypertension and diabetes increased;the rate of medication errors decreased in all age groups generally;patient satisfaction and the number of patients seen by pharmacists per unit time increased.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The digital human system can effectively enhance medication safety and adherence in elderly patients,improve chronic disease management,and optimize outpatient services.It has clinical promotion value. |
