温针灸对老年结直肠癌术后患者合并肌少症的临床疗效观察

      目的 探索温针灸对改善老年结直肠癌(CRC)术后合并肌少症患者肌肉质量和躯体功能的临床疗效.方法 选取2024 年1 月至2025 年1 月于贵州中医药大学第二附属医院、北京积水潭医院贵州医院就诊的 86 例老年 CRC 根治术后合并肌少症患者,并将其随机分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43).比较2 组患者治疗后四肢骨骼肌质量指数、下肢肌力及运动功能变化情况.结果 治疗后,2 组患者相位角(PhA)、步速、Berg 平衡量表评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组患者高于对照组;观察组在60(°)/s、180(°)/s 角速度下屈伸肌峰值转矩(PT)值较干预前增加,120 °/s 角速度下较干预前显著增加;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 温针灸可改善老年 CRC 术后合并肌少症患者骨骼肌质量并优化细胞状态,提升下肢运动及平衡功能,可作为临床康复辅助方案的有效补充.

      Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture-moxibustion in improving muscle mass and physical function in elderly patients with sarcopenia after colorectal cancer(CRC)surgery.Methods 86 elderly patients with sarcopenia who underwent radical CRC resection in Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guizhou Hospital of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The changes in appendicular skeletal muscle mass index,lower limb muscle strength,and motor function after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the phase angle,walking speed,and Berg Balance Scale scores increased in both groups compared with those in the same group before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher or quicker than the control group.In the observation group,the peak torque values of extensor and flexor muscles increased at angular velocities of 60(°)/s and 180(°)/s compared with those in the same group before treatment,and significantly increased at an angular velocity of 120(°)/s compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture-moxibustion can improve skeletal muscle mass,optimize cellular status,and enhance lower limb motor and balance functions in elderly patients with sarcopenia after CRC.It can be used as an effective supplement clinical rehabilitation option.
